Regulatory case report for Higher Rhythm Limited – Specific ongoing condition BA

This case report explains why we decided to impose a specific condition of registration on Anglo Skills College Limited. The specific condition was in force from 21 July 2023 to 21 July 2026. It ceased to have effect on 21 July 2026, as set out in section BA.6 of the specific condition.

This report analyses graduate attainment rates and uses statistical modelling to assess to what extent the increases and decreases in these rates could be statistically accounted for by changes in the prior attainment of, and distribution of subjects studied by, the graduate populations.
