This document provides guidance on the second phase of the National Collaborative Outreach Programme (NCOP), covering the period August 2019 to July 2021.

This report analyses accountability and data returns covering activity relating to the Prevent duty for the 2018-19 academic year.

The purpose of the independent evaluation reports is to support learning, exchange and dissemination of effective practice from the first two rounds of the projects, and help establish ‘what works’ in safeguarding students. In addition we have published a response to the two reports which includes their recommendations to providers and the OfS.
