This notice sets out all the information you must submit with your initial application and throughout the registration process.

We have now published the outcomes of the consultation on how the Office for Students regulates further education colleges in England.

Until further notice, the application requirements set out below remain in place for further education colleges applying to register with the OfS that are not applying for degree awarding powers.
