TEF data dashboard

Get the data

The Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) data dashboard supports institutions to make improvements to students' experiences and outcomes. 

The data is also available in a tabular format as Excel workbooks and CSV files.

The data is published as official statistics. The dashboard has official statistics in development status because we have changed some of the presentation and are actively seeking user feedback.

• Download the Excel workbooks for each provider (zipped)

CSV files

• Download the CSV files for each provider (zipped)
• Download a single CSV file containing all providers (zipped)

Data protection

For data protection purposes, we have applied a comprehensive set of rounding and suppression criteria.

Anyone wishing to use the data must follow the guidelines for appropriate use.

Data quality

There are additional risks to data quality in some areas of the 2022-23 returns, but in general we consider the data is fit for purpose and facilitates robust measures of student outcomes and experiences.
