The DfE has published guidance on how to complete a risk assessment to assess the risk of people becoming terrorists or supporting terrorism.

MI5 has a webpage that sets out information on the current terrorism threat levels.

Training

The DfE offers higher education specific training materials and guidance: The Prevent Duty in higher education (HE): training and guidance for practitioners - GOV.UK

The Home Office has published an e-learning training package on the Prevent duty.

Online safety

The DfE has guidance on ICT in higher education which includes a link to National Cyber Security Centre guidance on cyber security, risk management and online safety that supports Prevent related ICT controls.

Making referrals and Channel

The Home Office has published guidance on Channel and Prevent Multi- Agency Panel (PMAP) and the key principles of Prevent, to help you if you are considering making a Prevent referral.
