Prevent monitoring: accountability and data return - reporting guidance
This guidance is designed to help higher education providers complete the Prevent accountability and data return (ADR) for the 2025-26 academic year.
The Office for Students (OfS) requires all established providers subject to Prevent monitoring during the 2025-26 academic year to submit an accountability and data return by Tuesday 1 December 2026.
