We have republished the main report and Annex E: Sector financial data to correct the typology groupings assigned to several providers used in our analysis. Changes were made in the main report to paragraphs 8, 12, 98, 145 and 154, Tables 7, 8, 11, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, B3, B4 and B5, and Figures 13, 17, 19 and 22.

We have republished the main report with footnotes added to paragraphs 8, 12, 60, 71 and 88, and the data sources for Tables 2 and 3 updated, to clarify the populations they refer to.
