AI and data science postgraduate conversion course scholarship programme: Evaluation and analysis

This is the third interim summary report of an evaluation being undertaken by the Careers, Research and Advisory Centre (CRAC) of a funded programme launched in September 2022 that delivers scholarships to students from underrepresented groups who are undertaking postgraduate conversion courses in artificial intelligence and data science. 

Commissioned by the Office for Students (OfS), the evaluation involves analysis of student and graduate outcomes data, surveys with students and graduates, and qualitative research with funded providers and other stakeholders.

The report is accompanied by analysis of student record data that examines the characteristics of student entrants on funded AI and data science postgraduate conversion courses in the 2023-24 academic year (Annex A).
