Consultation on the OfS’s new free speech complaints scheme: Analysis of consultation responses and decisions

We have published our response to the consultation on the OfS’s new free speech complaints scheme. This sets out our decisions and our reasons for making those decisions. These include the changes that we have made in response to the consultation and where we have decided to implement rules in the form in which we proposed them.

We have also published an independent report by the consultancy Pye Tait that provides a quantitative analysis of the consultation responses.
