Associations between characteristics of students
Associations between characteristics of students (ABCS) is a set of measures that seeks a better understanding of how outcomes vary for groups of students with different sets of characteristics (for example, ethnicity, sex and background).
The student characteristics we selected should not have an impact on students’ outcomes, but the evidence shows that they do.
These pages display the seven ABCS measures, which encompass all stages of the student lifecycle.
