Staff at the Office for Students: Equality, diversity and inclusion statistics 2022
This report presents OfS staff profile data by reference to the following six protected characteristics:
- age
- disability
- ethnicity
- religion or belief
- sex
- sexual orientation.
We also include data on the caring responsibilities of OfS staff, and data on the number of the appointments made to the OfS, including progress against our six equality, diversity and inclusion targets.
To help put our staff profile data in context, we provide comparisons between our staff and employees of the Civil Service and public sector organisations responsible for regulation.
This report forms part of wider activities within the OfS equality, diversity and inclusion workforce strategy.
