Regulatory advice 2: Registration of current providers for 2019-20

Regulatory advice 2 addressed:

  • higher education institutions funded by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) during 2017-18, or that were funded by the OfS in 2018-19
  • further education colleges or sixth form colleges funded by HEFCE in 2017-18, or that were directly funded by the OfS in 2018-19
  • providers designated for student support by the Secretary of State and regulated by the Department for Education (DfE) in 2018-19.

All new providers should now refer to Regulatory advice 3.
