Degree awarding powers assessment report for the Academy of Live Technology

The Academy of Live Technology has been authorised with New degree awarding powers (New DAPs) by the OfS.

This report details the assessment carried out by an assessment team. It sets out the team’s advice about the quality and standards of higher education courses, including the credibility of the provider’s New DAPs plan, and whether the provider has demonstrated a full understanding of the DAPs criteria.

The assessment report identifies specified changes to the provider’s New DAPs plan. Following the conclusion of the DAPs assessment, the OfS asked the provider to address these changes and submit further information, including an updated New DAPs plan and evidence of progress in line with the recommendations set out in the report.

This additional information was considered by the Quality Assessment Committee (QAC) before it provided its advice to the OfS.
