Changes to the data categories in the 2025-26 Prevent ADR

We are making some minor changes to the radicalisation categories for the accountability and data return (ADR), which universities and colleges use to submit data on Prevent. These changes, which will come into effect for the return due in 2026, will help support understanding of how Prevent-related risks are changing and emerging in higher education.
