This paper contains analysis of the 2023-24 sector aggregate data based on submissions from higher education institutions in England and Northern Ireland. Also provided is a summary of UK sector data.

Transparent Approach to Costing (TRAC) data for 2023-24 was collected by the Office for Students on behalf of UK Research and Innovation, the Scottish Funding Council, the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales and the Department for the Economy (Northern Ireland). These bodies are co‑owners of the data.
