For our latest debrief session, we’re discussing consumer rights.
OfS research shows that most students don’t think of themselves as ‘consumers’ – but they do expect their university to treat them fairly and deliver what is promised. Our debrief will explore the topic of consumer protection and how this applies to students.
At this event, the Office for Students consumer protection team will join us to discuss students’ rights as consumers and universities’ responsibilities under consumer protection law.
We also want to hear your views on what good practice looks like and any questions you have for us. You can submit questions in advance when you register or ask them on the day.
