Join us for an explanation of our proposals for changes to how we regulate in the interest of students as consumers.
We’re hosting an online briefing for providers and representative bodies to hear more about our proposals and to ask questions.
The consultation outlines our proposals for a new ongoing condition of registration, which would require every registered university or college to treat students fairly.
These proposals set out new expectations for providers. We want to make sure these are clear and consistent for you, so that you in turn are clear with your students.
Ultimately, we want students to be able to make informed decisions, to get the higher education experience they are promised, and to have the confidence to exercise their consumer rights if things go wrong.
Please note we’ll record and transcribe this event and publish it on our website.
