Join us for an explanation of our proposals for changes to how we regulate in the interest of students as consumers.
We’re hosting an online briefing for students and their representatives to hear more about our proposals, to ask questions and to share your thoughts.
The consultation outlines our proposals for a new ongoing condition of registration, which would require every registered university or college to treat students fairly. These proposals set out new expectations for providers.
Ultimately, we want students to be able to make informed decisions, to get the higher education experience they are promised, and to have the confidence to exercise their consumer rights if things go wrong.
Please note we’ll record the presentation about our proposals at the beginning of the session and publish it on our website.
