- the new initial and ongoing conditions of registration for free speech
- the proposed new guidance for compliance with the conditions
- the proposed new sections to existing free speech guidance (Regulatory advice 24) in relation to securing freedom of speech, codes of conduct and promoting the importance of freedom of speech (duties A1, A2 and A3).
