The Office for Students (OfS) makes decisions about whether to register providers and about regulatory activity in relation to registered providers.
In these pages you can find:

- information about our regulatory activity for registered providers
- a monthly bulletin of our regulatory activity.
We publish this information because we think it is in the interests of students, providers we regulate and taxpayers to be transparent about our regulatory decisions and activities.
We make a formal decision about whether to publish information about an individual case, taking into account the particular circumstances of that case.
