6.1 Consultation update: Regulating student outcomes/the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF)

A presentation to the board on the outcomes from the recent OfS consultations on regulating student outcomes and the TEF.

7.1 Financial sustainability of small providers

An update for the board on the OfS’s early analysis of the most recent finance data returned to it by registered providers via the annual financial return.

Exempt from publication – policy in development. We expect to publish the analysis as part of our next sector financial sustainability report by the end of 2022.
