National Student Survey: Procedures for investigating allegations of inappropriate influence

This document outlines the Office for Students’ (OfS’s) procedures for the reporting, handling and resolution of allegations of inappropriate influence in the promotion and running of the National Student Survey (NSS).

The OfS is responsible for managing this process on behalf of all the UK higher education funding bodies (Higher Education Funding Council for Wales, Scottish Funding Council and Department for the Economy Northern Ireland).
