All applications must be submitted through the registration application portal.
Providers must make an application that contains all the information set out in our guidance.
If a provider does not submit all the necessary information, we will not be able to progress our assessment.
Registration checklist
We recommend providers follow our registration checklist (available from the regulatory advice 3 webpage).
Before following the process below, providers should consider the following questions:
- Is my provider eligible to register?
- Which benefits does my provider want to access?
- In which category of registration does my provider want to register?
- Will my provider be able to show that it satisfies the initial conditions of registration?
- Will my provider be able to satisfy the ongoing conditions of registration if its application is successful?
- Will my provider be able to meet the other ongoing requirements of registration if its application is successful?
Application process
- Request an access key for the registration application portal by contacting [email protected].
- Download an application form from the portal.
- Complete the application form – see ‘How to submit your application for registration with the OfS’ (part 1) - available from the regulatory advice 3 webpage.
- Gather other relevant information needed to make an application – see ‘Regulatory advice 3’.
- Submit your application by uploading your application form and other relevant supporting documents to the OfS portal – see ‘How to submit your application for registration with the OfS’ (part 2) - available from the regulatory advice 3 webpage.
