This case report explains the regulatory judgement of the Office for Students regarding a quality assessment of the University of Bedfordshire and its compliance with ongoing condition of registration B2. In it we explain why we have decided to conduct enhanced monitoring of the provider.

Any higher education provider holding an access and participation plan must annually return information on the fees it charges to students. This document describes how providers must return this information.

This letter notifies providers of additional, one-off funding totalling £20 million that the OfS is distributing to higher education providers in the financial year 2020-21 to address student hardship.
