Producing content for the Office for Students
If we’re going to put students at the heart of everything we do, we need you to work with us and share your experiences.
One way you can get involved is by writing a blog post, filming a vlog or creating a short video about your experience at university or college.
What could you talk about?
We're interested in a variety of topics, from mental health to your journey into higher education and your plans for the future.
If you're looking for a little inspiration, you can see some examples of student vlogs on mental health on our Youtube channel.
You can also read some blog posts that students have written for us:
- Becoming a healthcare student in my forties - written by Rupert Maclaren, a diagnostic radiography student
- A disabled student’s insight: Contextualising statistics - written by Piers Wilkinson, Disabled Students’ Officer at the National Union of Students
- Student engagement – you might not notice it, but it matters - written by Sam Dedman, OfS student panellist
- Student mental health: now is the time for change - written by Katie Katie Tyrrell, PhD student and member of the OfS mental health challenge competition panel.
How will you use my content?
We use content created by students on our website, social media channels and at our events to inspire universities, colleges and students.
We'll work with you to agree where and when we'll use your content.
