'Notifications'
We do not deal directly with individual disputes between students and universities and colleges.
But we do have a 'notifications' process for students, staff and other people and organisations, who wish to let us know about a matter where we have a role as a regulator.
We use information sent to us as part of our regulatory monitoring activity. We also keep higher education providers under review to make sure that they comply with the ongoing conditions of registration.
