A report on higher education providers’ approaches to defining students’ educational gains in the Teaching Excellence Framework 2023

Approaches to strategic improvement

A report exploring providers’ accounts of how they have been strategically planning for, implementing and evaluating improvements to students’ experiences and outcomes.

Case studies

We asked universities and colleges to share examples of initiatives or approaches that the TEF panel found to be excellent. We used these examples to develop case studies.
